so we have been encountering troubles for fabrication...
first of all, we are probably not being the most efficient with our time to completion ratio. this is because we are taping all the volumes together and then super gluing the corners inside as if they were "welds" and then tacky gluing the inner seems similar to "calking".
after long hours of production and only completing 7 volumes, we have realized that the two day deadline is creeping up really fast.
how can we speed it up......eliminate some steps without sacrificing the integrity of the structure or overall look of the design.
so our new choice of fabrication is going to be just tape the inside seem with invisible tape and just tacky the corner "welds" this will speed it up almost double...we hope.
we will begin more production in about an hour so stay tuned for more production photos and info.......
